Nicole attends the SDA Bocconi School of Management’s MIHMEP Program as a Fulbright Italy Scholar and SDA Bocconi Specialization Tuition Waiver Recipient. She is majoring in Medical Technology and Pharmaceuticals during her tenure in Milano, Italy. Bocconi University is known as one of the most prestigious economics schools in Europe, named 3rd best Global MBA in 2023 by the Financial Times, and the 4th best International Specialized MBA in 2019 by Forbes.

Nicole majored in Mechanical Engineering and minored in Mathematics at UMBC as a Meyerhoff Scholar (M31), Honors Scholar, and Grand Challenge Scholar. Throughout her undergraduate career, she engaged in research experiences, leadership opportunities, and social advocacy. She has worked in research labs at various institutions including John Hopkins and MIT. As an upperclassman, Nicole pursued sustained research experiences throughout the year in addition to her academic responsibilities and leadership positions. From the National Society of Black Engineering to UMBC Residential Life, Nicole has served her peers and colleagues as a leader who not only provided resources and created opportunities but as a voice to enact social change. Nicole often challenged current policies and generated new solutions to ensure the organization’s practices were accommodating and fair to the executive board members and general body.
